Ron's Gone Wrong (2021) Lucy Buglass Ron's Gone Wrong has some gorgeous animation, a catchy soundtrack, and a great screenplay with some seriously hilarious moments. On top of all that, there's a great moral of the story too. What's not to love?

Last Night in Soho (2021) Lucy Buglass It's clear this is a Wright film from a mile off but there's still some wonderful horror elements that fans of the genre will enjoy.

Spiral: From the Book of Saw (2021) Lucy Buglass While not as gruesome as some of its predecessors, Spiral does have some interesting traps which fit the ironic punishments that fans of the franchise have grown to love.

Before/During/After (2021) Lucy Buglass I honestly thought this film was a triumph, and perfectly illustrates what it's like to have a relationship and years of your life crumble before your eyes.

Getting It (2020) Lucy Buglass Getting It is one of those films that proves you don't need a massive, blockbuster budget to deliver a great piece of work.

The Meg (2018) Lucy Buglass The Meg makes no effort to try and explain anything which was frustrating to me.

Mary Queen of Scots (2018) Lucy Buglass As many people have pointed out, this film is certainly not historically accurate so if you're the kind of person who needs that you'd leave feeling disappointed.

The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part (2019) Lucy Buglass I was surprised at how well-written and clever the script was. Because of this, I believe audiences of all ages can enjoy it due to the array of cultural references and adult humour.

Rocketman (2019) Lucy Buglass In the leading role, Taron Egerton absolutely shone as Elton. The fact he actually sang so many of his iconic songs, and did them well, is something that should be celebrated for years to come.

Brightburn (2019) Lucy Buglass Jackson A. Dunn is undoubtedly the star of the show here, and a young actor that I'm incredibly impressed with.

Marriage Story (2019) Lucy Buglass If you want a very honest look at what it's like to go through a divorce, then Marriage Story is just that. This isn't the kind of film that sugarcoats anything and instead takes its audience on an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish.

The Girl in the Spider's Web (2018) Lucy Buglass The Girl In The Spider's Web is nothing like the complex thriller I was expecting it to be, cramming far too much into its runtime and leaving me feeling dissatisfied.

King of Thieves (2018) Lucy Buglass King of Thieves feels a lot like a straight-to-DVD crime film that you might watch on a lazy Sunday afternoon when you're a bit tired or hungover.

Greta (2018) Lucy Buglass Whilst it isn't the strongest thriller I've seen, it is entertaining throughout and doesn't need to rely on excessive violence in order to make its point.

Jojo Rabbit (2019) Lucy Buglass Whilst you might feel some apprehension about the concept of a 10-year-old boy who has Hitler as an imaginary friend, Taika Waititi has turned it into something brilliant and poignant.
