See more bayard b @PearlyEyes Feb 1 This is one of the greatest fantasy films of the 80s... Incredible puppetry and character design... and a wonderfully imaginative story. One of the only OZ movies that is incredibly faithful to the OZ books (in story and design).. particularly "Ozma of Oz". It amazing how panned it was by critics at the time, as its acting, puppetry, cinematography, and matte painting are truly unmatched. One of the lost gems that stands alongside Labyrinth, Baron von Munchausen, Dark Crystal, and Never Ending Story. Truly incredible and unmatched. See more Kelly M @RT84171028 Aug 22 Ok because Dorothy is back but this time she goes on a terrifying journey to Oz and she gets taken to a doctor and she needs to get shock therapy because she keeps talking about Oz and she keeps seeing this girl called Ozma and she almost gets Shock therapy but the poor cut off because of the storm and then Ozma comes and rescues her an they fall into water and Nurse Wilson is chasing them and the name of the doctor is Dr. Worley and she gets into a chicken coop and the next day she is in Oz and her chicken Billina is there and she talks and in Oz everything is falling apart because there are these creepy Nomes and there are these creepy people called the Wheelers and there is this witch called Mombi and the head Gnome called the Nome King Ozma is enchanted in a mirror by Mombi and Dorothy makes new friends called Tik- Tok, Jack Pumpkin Head and a Gumps head and when the Nome king is defeated everything goes back to normal.
