More so than most of the DC Animated films, Red Hood aims for cinematic storytelling.

I wish we could have had more flashbacks with Jason Todd to really emphasize that this is a darker take on Robin. However, I really enjoyed the darkness of this film and the voice acting.

Here’s a worthy movie that redeems some of Warner Premier’s lesser titles, offering a one-shot experience that’s easily disposable for general audiences, but a must-see for fans of animation, Batman, and general comic book fare.

All you need to be is even the slightest Batman fan to watch this before you understand this movie is the Buiness! This story is an unforgettable one that has humor and action and tragedy blended well. The voice cast is in top form and makes me wonder why we never got Futurams bender as the joker ever again. He did a great job! Phenomenal writing and good pacing. Animation is great as expected with the DC films of this time.

One of the best adaptations ever, surpassing even many live-action films. The script is brilliant, exploring Batman's greatest failure with devastating emotional and psychological weight. The action is brutal, the animation is fluid, and the ideological clash between Batman and Red Hood is unforgettable.
