For such an intimate two-hander, the leads also have little chemistry. The script may be at fault here, but the cinematography and editing don't help.

Terribly slow. Two wasted gay guys spending the day together. While they seem to enjoy each others company, you don't feel any connection. One is trapped in a bad relationship. The other is hooked on Grindr and can't meet the same person twice. Sad that it paints this as acceptable in gay lifestyles.

I watched this movie because I thought it's based on the novel "Boy Meets Boy" by David Levithan. But it's not. Though, I am not sad or anything. It's still a very great watch. If you need a light romance, this is definitely the one.
