This is a tremendously well-made film with a burning vitality: without question one of the most important Australian documentaries of the 21st century so far. Go to Full Review

Burning is an immersive, awful, essential watch, and the urgency with which Orner seeks to alert us of just how close we are to the edge of global disaster is intoxicating Go to Full Review

Burning is a fine introduction to the topic of the government's failure to act on climate change, with enough conviction and personality to feel both engaging and captivating. Go to Full Review

12/04/2021 Hate to rain on the parade (pun intended!) but bushfires have been around for as long as Australia has existed, and the only reason the 2019 season was worse than some was because idiot politicians listened to the Greens, and stopped land-owners from back-burning. Aboriginals knew about back-burning and practised it for millennia. It took stupid Greens and lapdog politicians to create that firestorm, which everyone now tries to pin on 'climate change'. It's rubbish. Look up the facts, not what climate alarmists want you to think. (PS - Doubt very much this will be published, because it goes against the group think. But you never know). See more 11/30/2021 Spectacular documentary. Said things that need to be said. A view into the frightening future that we all face. It's motivation to take climate change very seriously. I pray that Australia gets a new and smart Prime Minister. Mr Morrison is as bad as Trump about creating positive change and abandoning fossil fuels. Hopeless. Move on and find a new leader.
