Rusty (Shawn Hatosy) has been bailed out of bad situations more than once by his understanding but distraught mother, Mary (Kelly Lynch). When Mary starts dating a psychologist, Bob (Jeff Goldblum), Rusty connects with the man and begins talking to him about his problems. As Rusty benefits from the therapy sessions, his best friend, Dallas (Scott Caan), still very involved in illegal and dangerous activities, takes issue with Rusty going straight and cleaning up his life.

Dallas 362 sparked that rarer thrill of prodigious discovery. Go to Full Review Frank Scheck The Hollywood Reporter Jul 12, 2005
While Dallas 362 ultimately lacks the heft to make it anything more than an actors' showcase and Hollywood calling card, it does reveal a nascent talent for Caan. Go to Full Review Time Out Jun 30, 2005
Caan's directorial debut is eager to please, with flashy montage sequences, lots of colourful character bits ... black humour and a punk/blues score from the likes of Soledad Brothers and White Stripes. Go to Full Review Christopher Null Filmcritic.com Apr 8, 2006

May 22, 2013 This almost feels like the sequel to Spun. See more Oct 4, 2012 Didn't like it; utterly pretentious. Goldblum was the only good thing, but he's always good. Val Lauren and his awful Ratso Rizzo impersonation was the nadir. See more Dec 9, 2011 Stupidity at it's "best". Dumb and vulgar. See more Apr 10, 2011 Awful. What a waste of time! See more May 2, 2010 WHAT I LIKED? A decent independent film. WHAT I DIDN'T? Though the plot seems exciting, the film is not. WOULD I RECOMMEND IT? Not at all. Watching this movie was a waste of my time. See more Aug 3, 2009 This was an interesting film. While you do find yourself instantly caring about the characters, it feels like the story drags on a bit. It was enjoyable, but nothing that would stand out in my memory. Except for Jeff Goldblum, maybe. He's not bad on the eyes. ;) See more Read all reviews
