Nikolay S @RT52317845 1 day ago I really enjoyed Eastern Western. I watched it at the European premiere and liked it so much that I went to watch it again the next day. The story is very interesting and different from what I expected. It kept me interested and I wanted to see how it would end. The nature and landscapes are amazing, and the camera work is also really good. Of course, it is not a perfect movie, but I really enjoyed it. I normally don't watch the same movie twice in two days, so that probably says enough about my experience with this one. Definitely worth watching! It's really well made, and the scenery is just beautiful... It’s not something you put on in the background while scrolling on your phone. Sit down, slow down and take the time to enjoy it. I absolutely loved this movie. The cinematography was stunning, and I really appreciated the sense of solitude and quiet that carried throughout the story. I loved that it didn’t need violence, nonstop action, or a complicated plot to hold my attention. It felt peaceful, raw, and beautifully simple. Definitely one of those movies that stays with you after the credits roll. This western cuts against the trend of brutality present in so many films of the genre with a story of collaboration and trust among its characters that never forgets the very real dangers lurking in the vast and untamed lands of the American frontier. The documentary-like form delivers moments just as iconic as the most stylized classics of the genre and made on a fraction of the budget of so much Hollywood slop being released these days.
