The action is what saves Extraction from being totally written off considering its story and characters are so generic - the screenplay from Joe Russo (Avengers: Endgame) does it no favours.

Extraction gives me the vibes of John wick intensity and Just Cause video game franchise settings, location, characters, themes, and Hemsworth excels. The performance that Hemsworth puts on reveals more levels than what we’ve seen when he portrays the God of Thunder. We see a more intense, emotional side that is very refreshing. There is a good mix of real life war experience, and Hollywood action and I think that’s what I really appreciate about it even more.

I WOULD NOT CHANGE ANYTHING, I REALLY LIKE IT BECAUSE OF ALL THE ACTION, THE FIGHT SCENES AND THE STORY. ALSO THE ACTORS ARE GOOD, THE SECOND ONE IS ALSO GOOD BUT NOT AS GOOD AS THE FIRST ONE

Just wow!!! Kinda hard to hear dialog and that's what brings it down for me (don't care for subtitles). But seamless action, choreography, tone is what you want in a great action movie. Who watches an action movie for plot??? I want fun, death and spectacle. This movie has all 3 in spades. Hemsworth could be the next Stallone (Yes that's a compliment) if he wasn't busy spending more time with family and being a great guy in general.
