01/02/2012 Nevada Heat peaked my interest early as the cute Pia Zadora was sent up the river to a women's penitentiary. From there we are treated w/ typical WIP shenanigans like corrupt guards, inmate violence & group showers. Things are looking up even if for Zadora things are looking bleak. Then this film switches gears as she decides to turn state evidence against her boyfriend & goes to Vegas into the protective custody of Desi Arnaz Jr & Telly 'who loves ya baby? Savalas. Not nearly as interesting as the hit is out on Zadora then slumming it in a dirty women's prison but all in all not bad. Liked the twist & the end (that I saw coming a mile away) but not completely.
