Frank Welker, as great a voice actor as he is, does not make a substantial Garfield in execution. Pretty much, Garfield's Fun Fest is unoriginal like it just copy some of the plot from the first movie and from the TV specials and again, the animation sucks, and characters that aren't necessary or forgettable.
