A good story with great characters and beautiful scenery....all in all you get lost in it. Oliver Reed is fab and Michael J Pollard was a character that stuck in my head for many years. Great family film although the violence against the Germans makes it unsuitable for younger viewers. Worth a watch. See more 01/27/2010 Ridicolous idea, but still a quite funny movie even though it doesnt keep the fun up until the end. Its interesting to see Oliver Reed and Michael J. Pollard in these roles however. See more Read all reviews
