Cameron H @camthemovieman Jun 15, 2025 A film about the world’s most dedicated Star Wars fans. From building the world’s only life-sized Millennium Falcon, lightsaber martial arts academies, and massive Star Wars collection rooms, to cosplayers and fan-film makers, “Jedi Junkies” explores the many ways Star Wars inspires passionate fans. I loved getting a glimpse into the workshops or collection rooms of some of the featured Star Wars fans in this documentary and hearing fans’s personal stories about their connection to Star Wars. As a passionate Star Wars fan myself, I love watching any documentary I can find about Star Wars, and “Jedi Junkies” is a fun, heartfelt film that focuses more on the fans rather than on the movies themselves. If you’re a Star Wars fan, I recommend giving “Jedi Junkies” a watch, it’s available for FREE on Tubi! See more Nov 14, 2014 Slow paced, but interesting to see some fan obsessions with Star Wars. From Fan Films, to light saber fight groups, to collectors, & all the way to Leia Slave models, it's both nice to see fellow geeks, and a be little leery of some of them. See more Nov 11, 2014 this was so boring and awkward. stupid. See more May 10, 2014 I disliked this almost as much as I love Star Wars. Most documentaries have a smooth flow...this was choppy and disjointed at best. It's hard to tell if this is meant to be a fan documenting the fandom or an outsider shining a light on a corner of geekdom he finds freakish. Bottom line: Skip this boring film unless you just can't help yourself See more Jan 20, 2014 A fun documentary about the greatest sci-fi following in the history of cinema....and Olivia Munn keeps it interesting with her beauty and comical opinions on the obsession Star Wars fans have with the franchise of films!
