What to Know

Critics Consensus

Though Jolie is appealing, Life or Something Like It is too contrived and predictable to convincingly convey its message of stopping to smell the roses.

See more stcy s @RT90865796 Dec 3, 2025 super cute easy to watch film <3 blonde angelina is a totally vibe and even if it has many cliche scenes, the visuals are still cinematic and the plot is giving exactly what you're expecting to give in a nice way! So i would say it's a veritable romcom that everyone should watch. <3 See more VITALII H @freakynickison Oct 28, 2025 Another movie I'm very surprised I never saw before. It's very easy to watch. It's impossible to not like the main character. You can take some lessons from the movie. It teaches you to cherish every moment of your life and to stay positive and true to yourself. See more Tim J @RT47613730 Oct 9, 2025 Bit of a surprise package. On a bored moment brought it up on Netflix thinking it would be really bad but no. Enjoyed it and dare I say in this day and age more thought provoking than soon serious movies around See more Elena K @RT89868784 Sep 17, 2025 I can’t believe that this movie is so low rated. It was really good and I might say eye opening too See more Zvonko P @RT46621220 Sep 8, 2025 In today's context of a superficial society and generations who believe they deserve everything with minimal effort, this film has become a gem.
