Ericka M @donnaricka 5 days ago Weak performances. Questionable accents. The script and tone are all over the place. It's a shame because there could have been a good film here. See more Beks C @beks22 Mar 8, 2026 A beautiful, moving film. See more Nov 29, 2020 It was the next Rob Pattison's movie to see on my list, and now, after seeing it, I am obsessed with Lorca/Dali love/deep-friendship/whatever-it-was story (I intend to study the matter). Since high-school I found Dali and his art fascinating; now I want to know more about Lorca ... because of this movie. To the american critics who found the movie unworthy: you should get out of US more, go to Europe, broaden your horizon. US/commercialism is clouding your minds. Also, some of you picked on Rob's performance ... now, 12 years later, he proved you WRONG. He is an amazing, complicated, and complex actor - his name is on everybody's lips ... meanwhile, nobody knows you names. FIVE STARS!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ See more Fong Kok Hoong F @RT29722865 Nov 4, 2019 A cursory homoseuxal romance of renowned Spanish poet Federico García Lorca and surrealist Salvador Dalí that is redeemed by luscious cinematography and a free-swinging performance from Robert Pattison. See more Feb 1, 2019 Cute film that kept me wondering what was going to happen next. Shot very well, the actors do an excellent job. I want to find out even more than just this story now. See more Jul 6, 2015 Tragically uninspiring. Saddest part is post-Franco Spain co-produced it. Like why? See more Read all reviews
