The film's plot revolves around a bureaucrat who is driving his daughter to the airport to study abroad when an accident occurs during fog at a bridge over the river, unleashing a programmed pack of mad dogs from a military vehicle, hounding and attacking survivors. The film features typical characters, some who sacrifice themselves to save others, some whose subconscious awakens after a great setback, and some who are kind-hearted from the start. The film has earned negative scores on Rotten Tomatoes, most likely from Western dog lovers who couldn't bear the sight of dogs being antagonized and would rather see deadly dogs being treated kindly. The film, on the other hand, tells the narrative of how the project was aimed at first recruiting the dogs to save endangered humans, but the South Korean military, along with their American and European colleagues, turned them lethal for executing terrorists. One of the dogs is a mother who witnessed her puppies' deaths while being experimented on. So she is out for vengeance, not aggression. Unfortunately, it's intentional and evidently producers think there's money in that treatment. And to it's merit, with many disappointments along the way, I actually watched the whole thing.
