Roger R Aug 29 I like what the director has done here even with a low budget. The actors worked well with what they were given. Suzanne Collins’ hysteria gives us some great moments. Jonny Labey is fun with watch—just not sure about that accent. I liked the movie and was rooting for the lead. The script, story and direction are so trite that the poor actors had no chance to make it anything other than melodramatic, scene-chewing drivel. See more 08/04/2017 This was an insomniac Hail Mary 'may as well' choice for me at 3am, wasn't expecting much if anything:- in fact I was expecting to turn it off after 20 minutes and nearly did. But I didn't and hell that was a good shout. It gets better and better from a shakey start and left me gripped by the end. Cheap and basic in feel but great plot with real stark emotional tones that bring their sober reality right into you. It's on Netflix and is a must-see in my opinion.
