04/08/2013 In case you didn't think the subjects of 'They Shoot Horses, Don't They?' acted enough like zombies, here's the film for you: a neo-noir film about a man investigating the unjust execution of his brother, his strange ties to a bizarre dance marathon, and actual zombies. Yes, zombies. See more 08/07/2011 I don't understand why my mom had nightmares with this movie as a little girl. Children movies like The Land Before Time Part 1, Dinosaur, and Scooby Doo are a lot scarier than this worthless piece of garbage. The makeup art for the zombies was worst I have ever seen, I couldn't tell if they were zombies or not. See more 09/16/2010 Odd zombie noir TV Movie starring George Hamilton as a man who does some detective work to clear his recently executed brother’s name. It starts out like a typical noir, a lot of shady characters, a femme fatale, an accidental death or two, and then the zombies show up. For a 70s TV movie, it’s actually pretty decent, and it also helps that it takes itself very seriously and the zombies aren’t the typical flesh eating zombies. It’s a short film, only about 75 minutes, so it’s easy to sit through, and there are some nice twists throughout. If you can get past Hamilton’s golden tan, it’s a cool little different take on the noir genre (or the zombie genre, whichever). See more Read all reviews
