See more Dave N Sep 18, 2019 Well done - very informative See more Mountain Hicks Sep 18, 2019 I really enjoyed the point of view of the narrator telling how his search to speed recovery from injury led him to a plant based diet. There was a nice mix of stories about athletes in different sports & how they are benefiting from plant based eating. The producers added just the right amount of science & social justice to inform the audience without getting nasty with the mainstream. See more Catherine E Sep 18, 2019 This is an eye-opener. Everyone needs to see this! I think everyone would be captivated! I was moved by the athletic ability of the plant-based athletes portrayed throughout the film. I admire the x-marine working with rangers in Africa to protect endangered animals. James Wilks did an awesome job! The evidence is indisputable that Veganism is best for our health, as well for our planet. And of course, the animals!
