The direction, effects, and Acting... halfway in I didn't have to view the subtitles. A well produced and edited movie that the cast presents and works show. Well made and EXCELLENT performance. It has a touch of the Back to the Future's about it - mostly the 2nd film, if any, I suppose as it highlights the potential unintended consequences of meddling. I wouldn't say this is entirely a time travel film but if you like those then you may well like this too - its primarily a goofy comedy I reckon, certainly at the start, although things get a bit more serious after the first 45 minutes or so. Its certainly worth a watch if it sounds of interest, I'd say. See more Jan 31, 2021 O filme realmente prova que o amor existe! See more May 18, 2020 Does it have plotholes? Glaringly. But it delivers so much fresh entertainment for Brazilian cinema that I was fully able to keep my suspension of disbelief throughout this. It's a delightful comedy-drama-scifi movie that delivers some fresh scenery from what we're used to around here. Wagner Moura unsurprisingly KILLS it in all the iterations of his character (particularly Young João), the soundtrack was very well thought out, and it's just oozing with charm. Definitely worth a watch! See more Read all reviews
