carmen M 03/03/2025 If you like money, you like this movie, oh my God DiCaprio got a love them in this movie so good Menahan also so good See more Carter H @quality_finds 5d I cannot think of anything to take away from this movie because I understand what was meant to be done with the characters The whole bad person who does bad things and gets in trouble is a classic yet somehow original story that strives in chaos and sin Is this a movie I want to watch again? Absolutely it was very entertaining, but that’s not what makes a movie good when rating it What makes this movie so excellent is that it strives on male fantasy, and accomplishes the role I think the acting was also amazing, you can guess who I’m talking about (Leonardo DiCaprio, and of course Margaret Robbie and Jonah Hill) This movie achieved what it aimed for, and didn’t fully use all of its time in order to fulfill the conflict and explain the story But there’s really no other flaws because the whole movie isn’t supposed to just be what’s going on, I always want insight on the background noise, what happens when the movies off It’s really creative and well written, with memorable scenes See more Sanjay G @Sanjay95 Jul 27 A wild, fun, and rich true story of a man who scammed his way to gain power. Leonardo DiCaprio doesn't play Jordan Belfort so much as he launches him, turning every sales pitch into a masterclass in confidence and every triumph into a down payment on the inevitable collapse. It's outrageously funny because the characters treat the absurd as administrative. Fraud is paperwork. Debauchery is networking. Catastrophe is tomorrow's calendar item. Matthew McConaughey strolls through one scene, hums like an idling V8 engine, and somehow leaves fingerprints on the entire movie. Margot Robbie arrives with enough charisma to short-circuit everyone's better judgment. Critics sometimes mistake the movie's enthusiasm for endorsement. That's like accusing a hurricane documentary of being pro-weather. Scorsese doesn't hand Belfort a halo. He hands him enough rope to open a nautical supply store, then patiently watches him knot it into a noose made of ego, addiction, and limitless appetite. In the end, it's loud, profane, dazzling, exhausting, and strangely honest about the cost of confusing having everything with wanting more. It's hilarious, completely unhinged, and somehow keeps topping itself every twenty minutes. DiCaprio is operating at full throttle, and the whole thing has the energy of a sports car with no brakes.
