A remote town was suddenly attacked by 44 heavily armed bandits who demanded both money and lives. The entire town was plunged into a state of panic and chaos with no fuel or communication. There were only three police officers with one gun in the town. Xia Ran (played by Bai Ke), a night owl, and Bei Shan (played by Xin Baiqing), the leader of the escaped bandits, engaged in a life-and-death struggle. Amidst the gunshots on the cliff, internal conflicts within the bandit gang were brewing, and a "Great Wind Kill" under the sandstorm was about to begin.
