The film’s R rating is well-deserved thanks to the profusion of burnt and dismembered bodies on view in the alien machine’s wake. Unfortunately, the screenplay by Hughes and co-writer James Beaufort leaves much to be desired.

A great, action-packed movie—complete with puns like 'DFQ'—that radiates perseverance and discipline; all in all, it’s one of the few action films that really strikes the right chord—I love this kind of movie.

Yeah enjoyed it. Friday night, Chinese takeaway, couple of drinks and yeah. Bit clunky in parts, bit predicable but yeah, switch off brain cells enjoyed it. Honest.
