Bryan A. @Timmaryturner Dec 31 Here is a summary of the plots for both Ben 10: Alien Swarm and A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner! Ben 10: Alien Swarm Ben 10: Alien Swarm is a live-action film in which Ben, Gwen, and Kevin encounter a dangerous swarm of alien nanotechnology that can infect and control human bodies. The plot unfolds as Ben's childhood friend, Elena Validus, reappears, seeking help to find her missing father, Victor, a former Plumber who was dishonorably discharged for allegedly stealing the original nanochips. Grandpa Max is suspicious of Elena, causing a rift in the team. The group soon discovers that the "alien swarm" is controlled by a single consciousness (the Queen), and they track the source to a factory in Missouri. They learn that the Queen has possessed Victor's body, turning him into a hive for mass-producing the chips. To fight the Queen on her own terms, Ben uses the Omnitrix to transform into a new alien, Nanomech, which is a hybrid of his own DNA and the chips' technology. Ben, as Nanomech, flies inside Victor's head and battles the Queen, ultimately destroying her and freeing everyone from her control. In the aftermath, Victor is cleared, Max apologizes, and the team drives home with Elena as a new ally. A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner! A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner! is a live-action/CGI hybrid movie where a 23-year-old Timmy Turner has intentionally avoided adulthood to keep his fairy godparents, Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof. According to "Da Rules," godchildren lose their fairies when they grow up. Timmy's arrested development is challenged when his childhood friend, Tootie, returns to Dimmsdale as a beautiful woman, and he begins to develop genuine romantic feelings for her. This forces him to choose between keeping his magical life and pursuing a real, adult relationship with the woman he loves. Meanwhile, a greedy oil tycoon named Hugh J. Magnate, Jr., teams up with Timmy's fairy-obsessed teacher, Mr. Crocker, to capture Timmy's fairies and use their magic for his oil business. Timmy must rescue Tootie and his fairies from the villains. In the climax, Timmy kisses Tootie, a sign of growing up that causes his fairies to disappear. However, the head fairy Jorgen von Strangle announces a new rule called the "Timmy Turner Loophole": due to Timmy's unselfish actions and courage, he is allowed to keep his fairy godparents forever, provided he uses his wishes to help others. The movie ends with Timmy, Tootie, and the fairies starting a charity organization, "Wishful Thinking," to make the world a better place. See more The Cursed Legion @GAVINSISEMORE Dec 23 Some scenes are entertaining but overall this movie is unecessary. didn't need this to be a live action would have been better as a full length cartoon movie. See more Luiz Henrique S 09/06/2022 I Love the live action movies See more 08/29/2021 I have to admit, the ending of this film clearly makes someone like me think that it's a real series finale to the Fairly OddParents show. See more 08/22/2020 Completely unnecessary movie and just a cash grab for Nickelodeon. Not their first one. They did bring us 2 Fred movies. Avoid this one and the others. They're worse than any of the late seasons of the show when they repeatedly brought in Cousin Oliver characters in an ill-conceived attempt to spice up the show. See more 06/17/2020 I actually liked the first two movies in this series, but this third one ruined it. The ending was terrible. It would've been nice to see a movie segueing between the previous one and the ending of Channel Chasers, but the plot of this movie seemed to make that impossible. See more Read all reviews
