Peter F Jan 9 Odd mix of a certain quality and trash. Quite scary and keeps you guessing what is real and what isn't. Problem is, the solution turns out to be just incredibly dull and disappointing. The spooky parts were dull, the acting felt exaggerated and unbelievable, and the overall production looked cheap. The plot and its supposed twists have been done too many times before, so it just wasn’t fun to watch. I did appreciate that it was around 90 minutes long and that several story points connected nicely at the end. I also enjoy this genre in general, which helped a bit. The acting was awful, the editing was bad, the story was predictable, and no one has even a hint of chemistry with eachother. How it's gotten any good reviews is insane.
