brittany R @RT87199463 2d This is one of My Favorite Movies of all time. It’s one of the most realistic horse race movies and Yes it has had criticism as not being fully accurate in the sense of the story line back ground characters but they got all the main details spot on which is what really matters. You really feel the wonder of her story come to life. I watched her original races and learned about her story outside of the film. I really have cheesy horse movies. Giving a voice on Ruffians life is everything and I believe she is running that finish line forever. It’s mysterious to us what her career would have looked like if she didn’t break down. Overall, I would recommend it highly to anyone looking to immerse themselves in horse racing. See more 05/06/2012 Not bad at all.
