It's possible that moviegoers in their earlier teens - the target audience -- will like it a lot. I was derailed by the silly stuff, and by the movie's conviction that it's funny to play practical jokes about death.

What's crazy is this movie has an unreleased song in it that's actually pretty good. "My Great Escape" by Marc Cohn. The acting and story are pretty good and it's a real tear jerker but no idea why he took the shoe and let it go down by the river.

The movie is great. The acting is brilliant and natural like these kids are actually bestfriends in real life. Im not a movir critic and im not technical about how it was filmed or what not. But the thing about the movie is the feeling you get when you watched it. I felt sad, happy, at the same time which is make u want to watch more. As much as i want to see how erik grew up in the movie but the ending is still very nice.

When a movie affects you to whatever emotion it wants you to feel immensely, no critic could ever question it. This movie talks about genuine friendship and will make you want to hope to find a genuine and great friend to be by your side.

This movie always brings me to tears. I enjoy watching how Erik grew closer to Dexter and they formed this tight friendship which is something to admire about. I love how Dexter's mum is so compassionate and loving towards both Erik & Dexter, despite Erik being someone else's son, but she treats him like her own. I just focus on the good points though for real and what it delivers to the audience, I mean everyone has an opinion and I respect that, but ugggghhhh!!!! This was just gold to meï¿ 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2'ï¿ 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2ï¿ 1/2 1/2 1/2ï¿ 1/2 1/2?ï¿ 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2'ï¿ 1/2 1/2 1/2ï¿ 1/2 1/2?ï¿ 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2~ï¿ 1/2 1/2 1/2ï¿ 1/2 1/2?
