Attempting to win the favor of the newly divorced Suzanne (Nia Long), Nick (Ice Cube) offers to accompany her children, Lindsey (Aleisha Allen) and Kevin (Philip Bolden), on a flight from Portland, Ore., to Canada to see their mother. A mishap with a corkscrew and a metal detector gets the troupe banned from the flight, however, so Nick is forced to drive the kids in his prized Lincoln Navigator. Tensions inevitably rise during the long road trip, but Nick is not to be deterred.

I remember watching this as a kid and not enjoying it. Rewatching it after all these years I still hate it! The kids are annoying and demons, the mom is as annoying as the kids. For the heart felt moments at the end they sit reply earlier scenes. This entire movie just feels very lazy and unfunny, boring movie. If I could give this movie 0 stars I would.

Stumbled on this movie recently while channelsurfing and couldn't stop watching. It's fast paced action pact endearing and funny. I would watch it again. Maybe it wasnt good in 2005 because it was ahead of its time lol.

Pretty good. I don’t get the critics, I watch movies to relax and chill, not "this sucks because it shows children in dangerous situations!". Like dawg, it’s fake. DRAMA QUEEN! Also, it has a gross sense of humor because it’s advertised to a young audience with a sense of mainly potty humor! Learn to watch a movie!!!
