A smal, very captivating movie about how one bad decision can wreck a life, for sure. Very well written and brought to screen. Not overly talkative, as it should be. Portrays the isolated life struggles of small community perfectly. Amazing cinematography and the Maine coastal locations are visually stunning. Whole cast excels in character. Gritty, emotion filled, real life feel to it, suspense and drama. Very memorable See more Feb 9, 2011 Great story set around small island life, close communities, the need to fight for survival, and forgiveness. Beautiful scenery. Enjoyed the raw filming, natural. At first glance, it wouldn't have been a movie that I'd have put on my list of things to watch, but I'm glad I took the time to find it. The scenery and cinematography was beautiful. Personally, I liked it more than I thought I would... See more Oct 11, 2009 The film starts out very promising, but about halfway through it gets bogged down a bit and is a little too slow moving. It is well acted by all, well photographed as well. It?s a good story, it?s just not that exciting.
