It's so bad one starts to wonder if it's all not some kind of elaborate satanic joke that induces a kind of giddy, demonic hilarity. Go to Full Review

...a film filled with poorly acted, insufferable characters spouting repetitive dialogue, leading to a hasty climax that caps an interminable 1 hour and 43 minute runtime Go to Full Review

Manages to look the part of a horror film, though it's not able to do anything else. Go to Full Review

Chris M 11/14/2022 This makes "The Amityville Curse" look like "The Shining". Because NOTHING HAPPENS! Not scary, not funny, not even interesting. One poster has a creepy hooded mask guy like that guy was Death or something, he NEVER appears in the movie. While the main cast wander the theater we randomly cut to a Brit trying to get to the theater. But something happens off camera. The budget was around £350,000. What the HELL did they spend the money on? It was cast, sound or scares. A brief mentions of demons but never seen. IT WAS BORING! See more 06/05/2016 If you are looking for terrible acting .... you've found it. I'm not even sure this movie has the potential of being scary....There was a lot of suspense (nah) that led to nothing....boring, just boring. See more 05/04/2016 Shit movie! Very Worst! See more 08/23/2015 Complete waste of time. I gave up about half way through and watched it in 1.5 speed on my PS3. See more 08/23/2015 This awful excuse for a movie would only get one star but seeing that it had some unintentional laugh out loud moments it gains half a star. See more 07/21/2015 There's some legitimate creepy moments in Amityville Theater. It's just horrifically acted and edited (an hour and forty minutes with eighty minutes worth of material). Were it drastically cut down and every actor redubbed by people who could actually deliver a line (without a Canadian accent), it'd been good...ish See more Read all reviews
