This is essentially a training video, calling viewers to activism with the slogan: 'If our leaders refuse to lead, our citizens will.' If we could only plug our grid into Gore, we'd have an inexhaustible supply of renewable energy.

Whether one agrees with Gore's assessment -- that businesses, local government and individuals can work towards the emission targets set in Paris regardless -- there's no doubting his sincerity and passion.

There's no question that the film has an agenda, but it's an agenda that Christians can get behind, especially after Pope Francis issued Laudato Si in early 2015.

Director Bonnie Cohen and Jon Shenk do an impressive job, making a sequel that continues to prove that climate change is the most important matter that all humans must make a priority.

I still recommend you check it out, since Al Gore is a fantastic spokesperson for the cause, but the film is a fairly artless endeavor with an admittedly solid, significant message.

informative on this global issue as it is a great follow-up in this sequel 10 years later to see what's being done on global warming. Interestingly not much has changed except the world situation is worsening and we still do nothing
