There's a genuinely interesting film hidden inside Baby Do Die Do. It just takes far too long to reveal itself, and even then, it refuses to answer the questions that matter. Go to Full Review

Anyone looking for a fast-paced revenge drama, in which the city is a character, as grasping as the humans, here’s your film. Go to Full Review

The film does have its redeeming moments and will come across as entertaining, but in the larger scheme of things, it barely scratches the surface. With a sharper second half and a more rewarding climax, it could have hit the jackpot. Go to Full Review

Huma Qureshi as Baby Karmarkar is brilliant in a film that wins with its simple storytelling but top-notch twists in the climax. Go to Full Review

Sharit S @RT86089461 8 hrs ago This is the kind of inventive movie that India needs right now to get over the over-exaggerated hyper-masculine one-man-army hero movies. Although quite common in world cinema, Noir movies are not done so much in India. On top of that, the stylistic choices are top notch, so is the music. The choice to avoid too many dialogues was a very interesting idea. Performances were lean, specially Sikander Kher, Chunkey Pandey and Seema Pahwa's. And of course the crown goes to Huma Qureshi's perfect to the t performance and body language. Chefs kiss! Bonus points for the production by the siblings Huma and Saqib, and the brother's cameo as Alpha Q. Keep such movies coming. See more DARAIOUS B @DARAIOUS Sep 23, 2026 I liked the movie. Quite an interesting story with some very unexpected twist and turns (Like Papa turning out to be in cahoots with the bad guys) and also a very surprising twist at the very end there Baby is actually the sister who was not murdered. What ruined many segments of the movie for me to the point of aggravation were the completely unexplained signs for INDUJA this and that sprinkled all over the place. Extremely annoying and turned what could have been a very enjoyable and intriguing movie into some sort of farcical promo for the Indujas. What was that all about? But yes I would give it at least a 7/10. With confident direction, memorable action, and an outstanding lead performance, it stands out as one of the more compelling Hindi thrillers of the year. The supporting cast adds weight to the story, and the screenplay succeeds in keeping the audience invested emotionally, even amid the high-octane action. While a few plot developments may feel familiar, the confident execution and memorable lead performance make those minor issues easy to overlook. Community reactions have also praised the film's genre-blending approach and Huma Qureshi's performance. I followed Baby, a deaf and mute woman haunted by the voice of her late sister, as she navigates a dark world of crime, trauma, and mystery in Mumbai, and what stood out was how the film blends suspense with emotional depth. My joyful takeaway is that even when people carry deep pain and invisible struggles, understanding, resilience, and the search for truth can help them find their voice and purpose in unexpected ways.
