Best Of The Best is unlike many of its YA counterparts because, while its arcs seem overly familiar, it comes through a relatively rare POV: two young women who have straddled being both South Asian and American, without bending who they truly are. Go to Full Review

No prizes for guessing where this is headed. But the comedy is whip-fast, with plenty of second-generation in jokes. Go to Full Review

At a time when even intentionally provocative genre films can’t keep up with the pace of futurism, Minhaj and Venkataramanujam also use their topical chops to make this bubbly effort particularly of the moment. Go to Full Review

A predictable, over-the-top coming-of-age comedy which sadly doesn't put a spring in the audience's step. More than anything, it feels out of touch with the lives of the Gen Z diaspora of Indian origin. Go to Full Review

It has its moments, a great playlist, a beautiful lead, and enough ridiculous scenes to provide accidental entertainment. It ultimately lands somewhere in the territory of a barely bearable one-time watch. Go to Full Review

ARNEZ C @Arny6tearz 10 hrs ago The dancing was pretty great although I do wish Hollywood would change up the whole female friends when one of them likes or something with a guy they're not even dating or together her friend my dancer whatever with him and she has a problem with it it's so dumb besides that this is very cultured and super enjoyable I have been a fan of Maitreyi Ramakrishnan she kills it in here See more Podi A @RT28996583 1 day ago Main expectation of this genre of movies is energy and positivity which this one lacks the most. Start is strong but midway it loses its drive. Story is all over the place. Dance sequences were below average. When comparing to step up and other mainstream movies in the same genre this one has miles to catch up. Main characters were OK but acting is mediocre. Could have gone for a better cast. Couldn't manage to sit through the whole movie. So can't recommend for anyone. See more kavs M @RT28272575 2 days ago Such a fun movie about the quintessential South Asian American experience in college! Maitreyi Ramakrishnan and Priyanka Kedia were amazing and I loved the chemistry between Maya and Arjun. See more Yasindu R @Yash101 2 days ago It is not a realistic movie, and the main character's acting is not good. See more Robert P @Superbad 2 days ago Best of the Best = a 3.5 star Movie!
