Enjoyable basketball biopic of a unique individual. The screenplay packs a lot into a compacted timeline, so the pacing is uneven in parts, but the charismatic cast delivers throughout, and the smooth direction results in an overall satisfying movie.

The movie means well. The storytelling, timeline, acting, and accuracy all fall very short.
