Robert P @Superbad 1 day ago I am a big fan of Godzilla and have seen all of them, this movie is worthy of 3.5 stars! See more Conor T @RT72920782 May 31, 2026 The environmental message is forced, Godzilla’s a guest star in his own movie, and Battra is said to be the protector of earth but is now a threat and back to being a villain. Godzilla’s also determined to be worse than Battra for some reason. H o w At least it has good effects, the human characters have arcs that complete at the end, great music, and good monster action. See more Mikendrick G @GodzillaFOREVER May 8, 2026 I kind of felt bad for Godzilla in this movie for some reason See more Vincent W. @Gojirilla5419 Jan 29, 2026 I enjoyed this way more than I thought I would, I’m so sad not more people have seen this :( See more Khaliel P @RT59339161 Aug 23, 2025 Godzilla vs Mothra adapts a pre-existing Mothra story for a family-friendly audience, incorporating Godzilla and introducing the new kaiju Battra. The plot follows Takuya, tasked with protecting Mothra’s egg as Godzilla and Battra awaken due to a meteor, leading to spectacular underwater battles and ecological themes. The monsters are visually striking, with a plush-like Mothra, menacing Battra, and a more flexible Godzilla. Balanced between human adventure and kaiju action, the film marks a significant improvement over its predecessor, even if Godzilla plays a secondary role.
