Dino L @DinoLadki Jan 10, 2026 It's a good movie. Little Natalie Wood is adorable. Wholesome entertainment. A few tiny things that would be considered problematic today, but that comes with the territory when you're watching movies of this vintage. If Natalie doesn't make you smile and root for her, you've got ice running through your veins. See more likestoplay1 a @RT56443110 Jul 26, 2024 Nice wholesome movie made in simpler times! See more Steve D @RT35616104 Jan 20, 2024 Schlocky melodrama with no surprises. See more Feb 12, 2022 It was okay, Walter Brennan and Natalie Wood are great as always. Unique in being probably the only 4H-related movie out there. The picture quality isn't great and parts are kinda cheesy, but worth a watch for those that are into agriculture. See more Feb 16, 2013 The American Classic starring a new to the screen Natalie Wood who held her own quite well. For a Farm Family Drama (so called B Film by many critics) this film was really good & surprisingly interesting. Walter Brennan (The greatest character actor) was great as the stubborn old school farmer. Unfortunately the version of tge film we had was very faded & washed out but the film is interesting & keeps you involved. This was the only Walter Brennan charactor that I didn't like (so far), his preformance was great though. See more Read all reviews
