A strong supporting cast — Lukas Gage, Molly Shannon, Sarah Catherine Hook, Jameela Jamil and Lucien Laviscount – ups the entertainment value. Since rom-coms have been a bit blah of late, this one will satisfy that itch even if it’s no gamechanger.

Give up your dream job and return to the site of your trauma, so he knows it’s real. This tired rom-com represents the worst of the genre that reinforces for women that their lives have no meaning or depth unless they commit to a man.

A nice romantic comedy for the most part, but with a small piece of crap in it that was unfortunate... would have been 4.5 but will give it 4... still good... crap part was very short.

I loved both of the main characters. I fell in love with them and they were very believable. I was surprised people didn’t love it as much as I did. I read the book and I think it captured a lot of what I loved. I wished there had been a bit more time spent on getting them together in the end. But the running scene was great :).
