In this continuation of the television series "Firefly," a group of rebels travels the outskirts of space aboard their ship, Serenity, outside the reach of the Alliance, a sinister regime that controls most of the universe. After the crew takes in Simon (Sean Maher) and his psychic sister, River (Summer Glau), whom he has just rescued from Alliance forces, they find themselves being pursued by the Operative (Chiwetel Ejiofor), an Alliance agent who will stop at nothing to find them.

Joss Whedon did good here. Brilliant movie. Great writing and very well brought to screen. Amazing cinematography and visually stunning. Epic proportions will likely assure this to become cult classic in future. Cast all excels in character. Lots of original premise and concepts. Drama, suspense, emotion, intrigue and adventure. Very entertaining and memorable. Intense and thought provoking

This movie was not good at all. The CGI looks like it was done in the 80’s. They talked really weird. I’m sure that was some type of hope people would think it was cool because it was “future language”. Some of the acting was totally off. I’m glad other people liked it but definitely not for me.
