Elizabeth P @Elizziepassa Dec 30 This is a really interesting exploration of intimacy and jealousy as it manifests within the creative work environment. A young techno dancer/artist, Alex, comes to Tokyo and becomes involved with her makeup artist. The consequences are fairly earth-shattering. The visual tone is very Adrian Lyne. There's not a ton of dialogue, which I actually appreciated here because the visuals are so powerful. Great score and imagery throughout. Writer/Director Robin Entreinger demonstrates a novel way to tell a drama/thriller story. Kudos to actress Desiree Deboes, who really shines as Alex. See more Read all reviews
