His acting is awful. He wasn't convincing as a struggling father and husband. On the other hand, Emily Osment did a great job. Overall, the story is well told. The movie is so heartbreaking and sad. Tells the story of a supposed best friend kidnapping and murdering Heidi and keeping lily as her own.
