The Beldham is a lot of scenes in a house in my current town - and it has some creepy moments. But mostly, it's no brain trip you haven't already been on in a horror film.

Seemed on the lower budget side, however most of that budget must have went into the Beldham checking off the creepy factor. The acting was sub par but the twist really wrapped things up nicely leaving a impactful change of emotion.

This is the type of horror movie that I crave. It's visceral and intelligent. It stays with you. The anxieties and fault lines that trace our lives stretched out like shadows on the wall into nightmare proportions. It plays on the human experience in a very clever way, the mind that twists what we see unfurling to an unsettling reality that we must accept or become untethered ultimately
